Unfortunately this company ripped me off as well. I gave them $10,000 up front (huge mistake) in order to get some K-1's done, and for them to do my personal and business taxes.

It was supposed to take a couple weeks and a few months later I was still trying to find out when the K-1's would be done. They kept saying that they had to finish compiling an in depth report of my personal and business taxes over the past few years. I said I just needed the K-1's and taxes done. I wasn't in any IRS trouble and told them that wasn't why I was hiring them.

Nothing was done for the $10,000 that I paid them. They did reach out to me and wanted me to grant them power of attorney with the IRS and the state. This didn't make sense to me and made me very uncomfortable. Then they reached out to me again asking for $5,000 more in order to move forward with the taxes!

After I digested such an absurd request, I reached out asking for a manager and wanted to know just what my $10,000 paid for, since I didn't get any of my taxes done which is what I hired them to do.

Ever since I've only gotten the run around and a different person each time to talk with who didn't know anything. Such a SCAM!!!

I started working with them in Dec 2020. They promised that they could help with my IRS issues.

Wanted all kinds of documents which I sent repeatedly. The first payment request was around $7,000.00 on a loan company they set up. They kept telling me they were waiting on IRS to contact them. I had my bank accounts levied 4 times and levy notices sent to customers.

Nothing had been done, not even sure they ever talked to my revenue agent or anyone at the IRS. There was a levy in January 2023 so contacted them again with more promises but needed another $5,000.00. At this point I had nowhere else to turn, so they set up another loan company for this saying they would try other options with IRS. Heard nothing again until August of 2023 where bank levies and wage garnishments where sent out.

They have done nothing and made things worse. Do not use them.

They are big scammed. Working now on trying to see what more I can do.

My spouse and I hired this company after receiving a letter in the mail about taxes that were owed to the government. The first initial payment was $11,000 that were paid through a lender used by them.

As months went by and continuously changing case workers, we were asked for $800 by a lawyer working for this company to complete the process. Well three years later (January 2023) we were contacted by

Eric Dalton saying he needed $10,000 more to complete the process, so this lets me know in the three years nothing has been done on our behalf to settle this issue. But, because we felt that we had no other options at this point, we paid the money and now we are out of $20,800 and not getting any updates(as usual) and no results. We were told our case would be completed in three months, but nothing has happened as of yet.

All we wanted was for this to be behind us, even if it was just setting up some type of payment plan, which I probably could have done myself for free. But do to it being a great amount owed we felt we needed a tax professional to help settle this matter.

I can not afford to lose this kind of money and now may have to seek someone else to help with this matter and pay out more money, which we do not have. NEED ADVICE PLEASE!

During this time we were given a a case worker, but was never given any updates and case workers were continuously being changed. We were contacted by a lawyer from this business stating he needed $800 more to complete the process and that it had been presented to the IRS. This year we were contacted again by Eric Dalton, saying he need $10,000 more for this to be completed. At this point we didn't know what else to do, so we were connected to a loan provider, that I believe is connected to them to obtain this money.

Now we are out of $20,800 and has not reached a resolution . We are not even sure where we are with this matter at this time, but I do know the debt is steadily increasing. They have not delivered anything they promised, it's just been a lot of lies of what they can do. All we wanted was for this to behind us, even if it meant just setting up simple payments.

Now I may have to seek help elsewhere and pay out even more money, which we do not have. NEED ADVICE!!!

This company is a SCAM. I have contacted NY State Attorney Generals Office.

They took my money and told me not to answer NY State about sales tax bill. They told me they contacted them and I was protected. They never return phone calls and tried to get all of my personal financial information from me including personal bank account & routing numbers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Now the State has seized my business bank and taken all of my money. I have children and a family and a business to run.

I was trying to simply go on a payment plan and now because the State thinks I was ignoring their attempts to speak theyve taken action where I could have simply worked this out. Theres an abundance of Better Business Bureau complaints !!!

When this company does something for you, after you submit payment they insist you send them ALL of your financial records, right down to the title to your car. They do some nominal thing for your initial payment, not the thing you asked for or that they promised, and they use your financial records to sniff out whether you are good for more money.

Then they call and solicit more money from you.

That is my issue. The first thing they did, for the first payment, was worthless to me, but I'm not trying to get a refund of the first payment, but for the SECOND PAYMENT they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Eight months, nothing, and when I try to get a refund of the second payment, they will not return calls or emails. Scammers.

Stay away from this company.

I signed up with this company about a year ago. During sign up they promised to eliminate or reduce the IRS debt.

I sent them all the required documents promptly many times.

Whenever I talked to them I was told that they have not received the documents. I had to follow up with them at least once a week but no progress. At the end there was no break in taxes but they arranged monthly payments which I could have done myself working directly with IRS.

Since the promise was not met I demand a refund for their zero output services.

When I signed up the price given to me was $1500 for federal taxes and $2400 for federal and state taxes. I told them to sign me up for federal taxes only but the contract I was sent was for federal and state.

They worked on federal only but they are charging me for state an federal taxes that is $2400 instead of $1500.

I called them several times the response was that concerned person will call me within 48 hours but nobody called me. I have already paid $1500 but they are still submitting payments requests to my bank.
